Editpromo Risk-Free Guarantee and Refund Policy

Purpose
- We take the risk so you don’t have to. If we don’t deliver, we make it right—fast.
- 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Cancellation

- Within 14 days of your start date, you can cancel for any reason.
- We’ll refund 100% of Editpromo service fees collected during that period.
- Excludes third-party costs (ad spend, software, creator fees), which are non-refundable.
- 30-Day Performance Service Guarantee (Our Favorite)

- If we do not achieve the specific KPI defined in your Statement of Work (SOW) within 30 days—and you meet the eligibility conditions below—we will continue working at no additional Editpromo service fee until the KPI is hit. No end-around, no excuses.

Examples of KPIs (as defined in your SOW):
- Content/SMM: publish X approved assets and reach/engagement targets.
- Ads: launch X campaigns and hit cost-per-result/KPI targets.

Eligibility Conditions (Client Responsibilities)
- Provide required accesses (ads, pages, analytics) within 2 business days.
- Maintain agreed daily ad budget and payment method active.
- Approve/review content within 2 business days of submission.
- Attend weekly check-in or provide async updates within 24 hours.
- No material offer/website changes mid-test without mutual written approval.
- These conditions ensure transparent measurement and fairness in a performance-based structure.

What’s Not Covered
- Third-party costs (ad spend, software, creator fees, media buys).
- Force majeure, account bans outside our control, or non-compliance with Eligibility.
- Brand-new accounts with insufficient history may require a ramp period per SOW.

Claim Process
- For the 14-Day Cancellation: email contact@editpromo.com with subject “Cancel + Refund” within 14 days of start; we process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
- For the Service Guarantee: if KPI not achieved by Day 30, email subject “Service Guarantee.” We verify Eligibility and shift to no-fee service until KPI is met, with a written plan and weekly progress reports.

Limits and Fair Use
- One Service Guarantee claim per client account/SOW.
- If client pauses or reduces ad budget below SOW levels, guarantees pause.
- Non-transferable; applies only to the specific SOW and term.

Governing Terms
- This policy is part of your Master Services Agreement and SOW. Conflicts default to the stricter client-favorable term.
